Refund and cancellation policy

30-Day Refund Guarantee

Hariarts Academy LLP offers a 30-day refund guarantee for eligible programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of enrollment. Refund requests made after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must send a written email within 30 days of purchase to [email protected] .

Your email must include your full name used during registration, your registered email address, the name of the program purchased, and a brief reason for your refund request.

Only refund requests sent to [email protected]  will be considered valid. Requests made through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, or other informal channels will not be treated as official refund requests.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any applicable payment gateway or transaction processing charges may be deducted if required by financial institutions.

Effect of Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the purchased program, course materials, community features, live sessions, and any associated services will be immediately revoked. Your enrollment in the refunded program will be permanently cancelled.

Hariarts Academy LLP reserves the right to decline future enrollments from accounts that have previously received a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Since our programs provide immediate access to digital content upon enrollment, cancellation is only applicable within the 30-day refund period described above. After 30 days from the date of purchase, enrollment remains active and no cancellations or refunds will be processed
