Gold Membership-Terms and Conditions 

 

  • Duration of the course will be 3-4 months
  • Live classes will happen every friday 5.30-8.30 PM. 
  • The medium of communication will be in English.
  • Gold Membership is designed as an exclusive live training program, and therefore, attending live classes is strictly compulsory. The instructor’s focus and guidance will be directed only toward students who actively participate in live sessions. We cannot guarantee any results or progress for students who miss live classes, and the instructor will not be held responsible for the outcomes of those who choose to rely  on recordings..
  • If you miss a live class, the instructor will not provide individual help with classwork or assignments. 
  • In case of an emergency, you must inform the instructor in advance. Failure to do so will result in being marked as absent. ( Attending a function or your job related things are not considered emergency)
  • If you miss two consecutive classes without proper intimation, you will be removed from the course
  • Class recordings will be shared in whatsapp group only after each class. 
  • Class recordings will be available for only one week after the session
  • Recordings are provided as a backup only, and we do not guarantee their quality as they are recorded via Zoom.
  • Watching the recording and completing the missed work will be solely student's responsibility
  • All students must turn on their video and audio during class
  • The instructor has complete authority to mute or unmute students for the smooth conduct of the session
  • You must join the class on time. No one will be allowed to join once the class has started.
  •  Respect must be shown to the mentor and fellow students at all times 
  • Any form of misbehavior or disrespect will lead to immediate removal from the class
  • The syllabus, reference images, and pace of the course will be fully decided by the instructor.
  • You are required to follow the instructor's teachings strictly and show your work step-by-step when asked
  • Any student who refuses to show their work or deviates from the instructor’s guidance will be removed from the course 
  • Certificates will be awarded only to selected students chosen by the instructor. Selection will be based on attendance, performance, dedication, completion of classwork, assignments and how well the student follows the instructor’s guidance. The decision will be made solely at the instructor's discretion.
  • REFUND POLICY: If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions, or if you feel you may not be able to follow them, we highly recommend you to withdraw from the course before it begins. In such cases, we will provide a 100% refund.

  • Once you agree to the terms and submit the confirmation form, no refund will be provided under any circumstances in the future.

  • Failure to submit the confirmation form will be treated as non-compliance and will lead to automatic removal from the course.
